N A M A R U does not provide full refunds for tangible goods purchased from (11and15.com) its ecommerce store.

 Bill Me Later:

If purchasing your selection with "PayPal’s" "Bill Me Later" Option, you are bound by the guidelines within "PayPal" and its "Bill Me Later" Service. Exchanging your hair selection for a shorter length will not be honored. If making exchanges for longer lengths or any item featured on www.11and15.com that is eligible for exchange N A M A R U will honor the request. A separate invoice for the client for the associated cost difference will be emailed to the client. Once this is paid and the initial purchase has been received and reviewed by N A M A R U , the company will process the exchange and ship back the new requested order to the client with the paid postage provided by the client. N A M A R U holds no responsibility in payments with "PayPal’s Bill Me Later" service, credit approval or anything associated with "PayPal "and its affiliates outside of payment processing for N A M A R U at www.11and15.com .



Our policy lasts three (3) days after the shipping carrier has delivered the package with signed confirmation. If three (3) days has exceeded since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. All request must be submitted within this 3 day window effective Monday-Sunday and holidays. 


To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any manipulation performed to the goods outside of what N A M A R U has performed will not be honored for an exchange.


To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number which may be found in your ordering email correspondence. Any extra cost to your purchase such as exchanging a purchased bundle of 14-16 inch to a 18-20 will require for you to submit additional cost via PayPal. SHIPPING TO AND FROM N A M A R U IS COVERED BY THE PURCHASER.


Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 24 hours that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you during this time of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will  be applied to your invoice. Once the credit has been processed N A M A R U will ship your selection to you with your paid postage after 3-5 days of expected production for your new selections.


If you are not approved then you have 24 hours after the email notification by N A M A R U to provide a paid shipping label via UPS  for your product to be returned. Any labels not sent within this time period will forfeit your exchange and the product will be destroyed for hygienic purposes.


NAMARU does not provide refunds on any orders completed and shipped. Every order is custom created to be produced based on your ordering requirement. 

If an order is in mid-production and, a refund is requested prior to your selections completing production we will subject your order to a 50% re-stocking fee. Re-Stocking charges are based on the ordering being custom created.

Shall a refund be requested once an order has completed production but has yet to ship, re-stocking charges of 50% will be assessed and a partial refund will be submitted to the customers bank within 7-10 business days.

Refunds are submitted 7-10 business days post approval. Restocking charges are subtracted prior to refund processing.


Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.



If the item that you have requested to be exchanged is not currently in stock, NAMARU will forward you an email notification of when your exchange will be fulfilled. Refunds will not be granted if NAMARU does not have a particular item in stock.

Ground shipping is performed by USPS. Packages are generally delivered to our clients door within 2-5 business days after products leave our warehouse.

N A M A R U is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Our client services department will work with you and the shipping courier in the case of these events.
